Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

Where do I start? / How do I get screened?

After you receive a DWI/DUI, MIP or Public Intox, the first step is to complete a DASEP Screening, which is free by going to DASEP Screenings during regular business hours. You must show a Valid Photo ID during your in person or virtual screening. Once you have completed your screening, the DASEP Screener will provide you with information for how to pay and register for a class. If you do not have a personal device with camera/mic, you can contact the DASEP team at 479-202-8040 for the nearest Arisa location to complete your screening using an Arisa virtual teleroom office.

For additional information please read the Arisa Health DASEP Guidelines
