After you receive a DWI/DUI, MIP or Public Intox, the first step is to complete a DASEP Screening, which is free by going to DASEP Screenings during regular business hours. You must show a Valid Photo ID during your in person or virtual screening. Once you have completed your screening, the DASEP Screener will provide you with information for how to pay and register for a class. If you do not have a personal device with camera/mic, you can contact the DASEP team at 479-202-8040 for the nearest Arisa location to complete your screening using an Arisa virtual teleroom office.

DASEP Guidelines
- Payment: The DASEP Fee is non-refundable in the amount of $150.00 payable by credit card to Arisa Health. Payment is made at the time of scheduling for your DASEP class. You are encouraged not to pay and schedule for class until you are certain you can attend those dates/times. If you do not attend all required days, you will be required to reschedule and pay again. We do not accept cash or checks as payment. We do not waive fees.
- Rescheduling: DASEP fees are non-refundable and classes cannot be rescheduled. If you do not attend all your scheduled classes, you must pay again to reschedule. All attendees should check dates, times, and zoom meeting information by reviewing the receipt emailed to you.
- Class Cancellation: Arisa Health strives to provide quality DASEP services. At times, unforeseen circumstances may arise where we are unable to provide the class. Arisa Health reserves the right to change the time or location of the class. Should this happen Arisa Health will send an email informing you of the class cancellation/change. If the agency cancels the class due to unforeseen issues, participants registered for this class will be rescheduled for no additional fee. Please check your emails (including junk or spam) on the day of class and before class starts for any updates/changes from Arisa Health DASEP Team. Due to the services being virtual, it is likely that services will still be provided even during inclement weather in your area.
- Photo Identification: You are responsible for keeping your camera/microphone on throughout the panel to verify your attendance. An Arkansas ID Card can be issued by Driver Control/Revenue Department, if your license has been revoked or lost.
- In person class: Arisa Health does not currently provide in person class. If you are unable to access internet or computer necessary to participate in class please speak with the DASEP team to make arrangements.
- Virtual Class Participation: If you arrive LATE, you WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. You must keep your video on at all times and be in an area quiet and conducive to listening/participation. You will not be able to join the class if you are late and refunds will not be issued. If you miss a class or were removed due to an extended period of time with camera off and/or lack of participation you will be responsible for paying again to reschedule and complete all classes.
- Code of Conduct: Anyone who has consumed alcohol or other substances prior to or during class will not be permitted to participate and is subject to rescheduling and associated fees. No smoking, vaping, sleeping, reading, talking (outside of class participation), driving, texting, etc. is allowed during the class. Please remove all hats, hoods and sunglasses. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Absolutely NO RECORDING. Arisa Health reserves the right to deny entry and/or to remove you from the class without refund.
- DASEP CLASS WORKBOOK: Workbooks are required for class. Prior to class, you will be responsible for picking up the DASEP Workbook Packet which includes the Pre-Test, Post Test and Course Evaluation that you will need to complete during your class. These packets may be picked up at designated Arisa Health locations and times as indicated on the cover letter provided to you.
- Verification of Attendance/ Certificates of Completion: You must be logged in to the Virtual class with the link provided in your registration confirmation email no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of the class. Please remain present and in front of your camera for the duration of the class You are responsible for verifying your attendance at the beginning and end of the class when “roll call” is done by the facilitator. Once the posttest and course evaluation is received the certificate will be processed and sent directly to Drivers’ Control. Arisa Health does not provide proof of attendance to courts or any other agency. This is the responsibility of the attendee. To request an official certificate of completion be mailed to you (no more than 90 days from completion), please contact our DASEP team. A nominal fee will be charged to mail your courtesy copy of certificate. If you need any additional copies or to request a Replacement Certificate (more than 90 days from your class attendance date) please call the DASEP team at 479-202-8040. If you are eligible to receive a replacement, the state fee is $25.00 and a nominal fee will be charged to mail your replacement certificate.
